AirWalk Communications Recognized as One of Dallas’ Fastest Growing Private Companies by Dallas 100

Company ranked 22nd by SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, based on business growth

DALLAS—November 21, 2008 – AirWalk CommunicationsTM, an innovator of CDMA IP-based cellular radio network equipment, was ranked 22nd among the Dallas 100TM fastest growing companies in North Texas. The 2008 award recipients of the Dallas 100 were honored at a celebratory ceremony at the Morton Meyerson Symphony Center on November 20.

AirWalk’s growth is attributed to its innovative development of compact, IP-based, cellular products. The company’s broad range of macro and picocells are well established in carrier networks worldwide. AirWalk’s new line of consumer products, femtocells, will expand broadband voice and data services to the enterprise and home markets while generating additional carrier revenue.

To qualify for the Dallas 100, companies must be independent, privately held, headquartered in Dallas, and have a three-year sales history reflecting growth, along with a credit report and character satisfactory to the Dallas 100. The 2008 Dallas 100 is the 18th year of the program, which is sponsored by the SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship.
